Consultation
Intake & Assessment
Working Sessions & Termination
In the consultation, we have a brief, 20-minute first meeting. My goal is to help you determine if I’m the right fit to support your relationship. I’ll learn about your situation, goals, and challenges, and share my approach. Afterward, we decide if we want to work together.
During the intake and assessment phase, I take a slow, thorough approach. I meet with each person individually to understand their perspective, emotional history, and how you interact. Once complete, I’ll meet with you all together for an assessment session, where I confirm my understanding, align with you, and collaboratively craft our treatment plan.
In working sessions, we stay collaborative, continually adjusting to your needs. Over time, my aim is for you to no longer need me, so you can sustain your healthier, more connected relationship. Termination is a joint decision, unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
